Caritas Aargau: Näh-Atelier für Frauen

In the three sewing workshops with Caritas Aarau there are sewing machines, irons, fabrics and threads. Poverty-stricken women at KulturLegi can sew, adapt or mend clothes free of charge in these sewing workshops and talk to other women while doing so.

Volunteers with sewing and mending skills organise the operation of the sewing workshop. They support the seamstresses and promote exchange.

Volunteers who have little knowledge of German are also welcome to join the team.
